Good questions.
Clear answers.
Do we need new cameras?
FaciliPulse can work with supported existing IP cameras. Compatibility, network access, camera placement, and counting quality are reviewed during setup.
Is this a visitor identification system?
No. The counting workflow estimates how many people are in configured spaces. It does not use facial recognition to identify visitors. Camera frames can contain people; calibration and diagnostic capture require separate handling.
Can members choose their updates?
Members can subscribe to relevant facility areas and available notification channels. The facility manages its audience and notification configuration.
Can we use status without camera counting?
Yes. Operating hours, overrides, and the live facility viewer can provide useful information independently of camera occupancy estimates.
