Platform capabilities
FaciliPulse connects facility operations with the information members need before a visit. Explore the interactive product introduction.
Live facility status
Section titled “Live facility status”Publish operating hours, temporary closures, maintenance notices, and reopening information in a branded viewer. Website embeds and lobby displays bring the same information to more screens.
Occupancy estimates
Section titled “Occupancy estimates”Supported cameras provide estimated people counts for configured areas. Exclusion zones help define the relevant space. Camera placement, lighting, and obstructions affect measurement quality. Occupancy estimates are not a certified safety-capacity system.
The counting workflow does not use facial recognition to identify visitors. Camera frames can contain people. Calibration images and optional diagnostics are handled separately from numerical attendance data; retention depends on the deployed configuration.
Notifications
Section titled “Notifications”Send facility updates through configured SMS, email, and voice channels to subscribed audiences. Administrators can review notification delivery outcomes. Delivery depends on provider availability, recipient preferences, and configuration.
Attendance insights
Section titled “Attendance insights”Explore attendance history, weather context, recurring busy periods, and historical baselines. Forecasts are estimates; advanced prediction capabilities remain under development.
Integrations
Section titled “Integrations”Connect Slack, Zapier, Microsoft Teams, website embeds, or your own software. Start with integration options to choose the simplest route. Developers can use scoped API keys and signed, retryable webhooks for custom workflows.
Getting started
Section titled “Getting started”You can create an account and explore FaciliPulse without contacting sales. Follow the getting-started checklist, compare plans and limits, or book a guided demo if you would like help evaluating camera compatibility and rollout.
